Please note that Cast Pieces™ does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or available for purchase. Cast Pieces™ reserves the right to stop selling a product and to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. The terms and conditions valid for your order are always the terms and conditions in effect at the time you place your order.
Placing an Order
By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website, by telephone, e-mail, or live chat, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please make sure you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before placing an order. Before you place your order, you will have the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order, and correct any input errors. Products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order and received the order confirmation email.
Order Confirmation
After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the product you have ordered, your payment details, and delivery information. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgment that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.
Disclaimer
Cast Pieces™ cannot guarantee that the content of the Website is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors, or up-to-date at all times. Cast Pieces™ reserves the right to change the site’s content and product availability at any time. Errors may occur, despite our best efforts to display accurate texts, images, and pricing. If you are charged the wrong amount when shopping from the Website, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we cannot contact you, your order will be automatically canceled. Cast Pieces™ cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by using the site or for not being able to use the site.
Payment
You can pay by VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. The order amount will be captured from your account as soon as your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us, and we will issue a refund back to your account. All credit/debit card transactions on the Website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon acceptance of your order by Cast Pieces™.
Delivery
We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs, with DHL being our primary carrier. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during weekdays (except public holidays). Delivery times are provided as guidelines and commence from the date of dispatch. Delivery times do not account for possible delays caused by payment authorization or stock availability. Our jewelry is made to order, requiring 1-3 weeks for production. Please provide correct billing and shipping information to avoid delays.
Returns and Exchanges
Items purchased on the Website are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To request a return authorization, contact us at contact@castpieces.com. State your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Returns must be sent in their original, undamaged box and pouch. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
All returns meeting the above criteria and shipped back within the 14-day period will be refunded to the original payment method. Returns take approximately 3-5 business days to process once received. A refund confirmation email will be sent upon completion.
Quality Guarantee
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Our quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects but not defects due to improper use or carelessness.
Loss of Goods
Cast Pieces™ is not responsible for loss of goods. If an item is malfunctioning, contact customer support as soon as the defect is detected.
